Treatments & Management Programs
Beech Leaf Disease (BLD) is a newly emerging threat affecting American beech trees across the Northeast. Caused by a foliar nematode, this disease causes distinctive dark banding between leaf veins and can severely weaken or kill affected trees. Early intervention is critical for protecting valuable beech specimens.
Our BLD management program includes annual monitoring, timely treatments, and overall tree health support. We assess disease severity and tree response to determine the most effective treatment schedule for each specimen.
Our certified arborists have extensive experience identifying and treating Beech Leaf Disease. We stay current with the latest research and treatment protocols to provide the most effective management strategies for this emerging threat.
